Brand new HP Pavilion dv6245us Notebook battery issue?!

Ah what to say. I have really brand new HP Pavilion dv6245us notebook, few weeks that I have purchased it and already experiencing the problem! It started to shut down for no particular reason after few hours of good performance. So I am wondering if the battery issue that is messing with my new HP? Please help!

Hello! Huh I dont know what to say, you said it is new one so then battery should also come with new label. What confuses me is the fact that this is the first time I hear someone complain about this model and that in general its batteries are getting praise from manufacturers and owners. This is just pure guessing; system error, PC error or over heating, so dont take me seriously.
