Hello. My name is Alex and I need urgent help. I have decided to upgrade my Windows 98 SE to Windows XP Professional, but I am not able to start installation disc from my CDROM. It seems that my CDROM is not bootable. Please tell me what I need to do, because I am not too good in this field. Thank you in advance!

Hello, Alex! You should not be worried about this. Solution for this problem is really simple. I can bet that you have not changed settings in your BIOS. So, go there and enable CD Rom to be first bootable device. When you do this, next time you boot computer with XP installation disc, installation wizard will start.
