I bought a new PC before few months and I had no problem with it. However, since yesterday, I don't know what to do. I have a Kaspersky installed on my computer. Every time I start the computer, it gives me a warning that I have a boot viruses problem that he cannot fix. What to do?

If Kaspersky cannot fix viruses that he noticed, that could happen in one of next three situations. First one is that it gives you a false alarm and you don't have any virus on your computer. The second situation is that your infection is so deep that Kaspersky is sure that if he tries to clean the virus he will certainly kill the complete operating system. The third situation is that you did not have latest updates for Kaspersky and he can recognize the tray of virus but he cannot identify it and that is why it cannot remove it. For all those situation the only thing that you can do, beside reinstallation of OS, is to install another anti-virus software and to see what he will tell about your problem. I could personally recommend you AVG because it is free for personal use and really efficient.
