Bookmarks / Favorites manager

Hello. I am using PDA laptop and desktop computer frequently for surfing internet and doing some work. It is very complicated to me to maintain bookmarks and favorites between three devices. So, I would like to have some bookmark/favorites manager which will help me to keep bookmarks and favorites organized on all three devices. Can you recommend me manager like that?

There are many bookmarks/favorites managers on the market currently. Some of them are commercial and some of them are freeware products. One of the best (in my opinion) is Bookmark Base. Beside this program you can try Bookmark Master and Bookmark Pro. I have heard some good things about these programs.
