Blurry Monitor

Hello people. I own 17 monitor. It is a cheap model, but fits with my needs for now. Interesting thing with it, is that I noticed that I cant see nothing clear on it. I got blur display, even in notepad. I was used to watch movies, and thats little harder to notice with video material, but on Desktop, all of my icons are shadowed and blurry, there is no crispness at all. In fact everything is blurry on it. While my friends have crisp picture with their computers, I am going to be blind very soon, with this.

Try to play with buttons on it. Click on menu button and find V and H- moire options. Use plus and minus to adjust. Try to degauss. If this isnt helpful, than try to plug-in another graphic card and see what is happening. Maybe your display adapter is the guilty one. Possible solution could be display driver updates. Or try to change the refresh rate to lower or higher. Improvise. See what happens. The worst case is that your monitor got the screen like that by default. And there is only one solution. All complains are going to manufacturer than, or service store where the monitor is bought. Lean your base problem on warranty.
