Hello! I have bought Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. My mouse woks just fine, but I have problems with keyboard. Namely, it is not recognized at all. I have tried to fix it: I changed batteries – did not help; I reinstalled it – did not help; now I am running out of ides. Please tell me what I should to do. Thanks!

Hello! I can tell you that is pretty usual for Bluetooth keyboard loosing connection to the receiver. In this case it is best if you disconnect it in Control Panel, and then connect it again. I have found that replacing batteries and reinstalling software are not helpful. So, just do what I just have told you and do not worry.
