Hello! I have bought MSI BToes Bluetooth Dongle and I am running windows XP professional operating system (service pack 2 is installed). I have heard that this device and my operating system are not compatible and I think that is cause of problems which I have with this device. When I try to start it sometimes, I am getting some errors.

Hello! Well, you did not give me much information. But, I assume that you did not install software and drivers which came with MSI BToes Bluetooth Dongle. If you just attached it to your computer, then your XP found its own driver which are probably not compatible with your device and that is why you are facing problems. Just uninstall MSI BToes Bluetooth Dongle and install software and drivers which you got with it and I am sure that it will work just fine.
