| Hello! My name is Mike. I am contacting you because I have a problem with my USB Bluetooth adaptor. When I attach this adaptor to my computer, it is not recognized. I really do not know what is going on, but I only know that I cannot hear dongle sound. If you know more about this subject, please inform me. |

| Hello, Mike! I think that you have trouble with USB port. You should try to attach your USB Bluetooth adaptor to some other USB port and see what would happen. If it works perfectly, then your problem is caused because of damaged USB port. But, if USB Bluetooth adaptor does not works, then it is cause of your problem. |
