Yesterday I have turned my computer off and this morning when I turned it on, I got message that windows system didnt start successfully and that I should to safe mode and start last known good configuration or normally. After that I got message which said that my physical memory is dumped and my screen was blue! What is this?

This is blue screen of that. First you should check is some software problem. Do you have the latest bios firmware installed? If you dont install it. Get the latest drivers for your hardware and install it all. If these dont solve your problem, reinstall windows. If problem still exist, then run test for your hardware. Could be that your hard disk has some bad sectors or some component is broken.
