I’ve noticed a lot of spam in my inbox in Outlook Express. I have no idea where I “contracted” that but it’s really annoying. I’d like to block this spam mail since this address is business and I like to keep it clean and visible. I happened to me several times to miss important mails because my inbox was loaded. Do you have any suggestion on how to block spam?

This doesn’t mean that you’ve visited certain untrustworthy sites. Maybe it’s the same spam that is being sent to your provider. And sometimes certain commercial sites somehow get your address and then various companies send their offers. Never mind about that. I know that certain antivirus programs have that option to block spam mail. I’m using Kaspersky and I’m pretty satisfied with it since it successfully blocks all unwanted mail. There are numerous settings and you can adjust them according to your needs. I just don’t know whether sometimes it can block a mail that looks like spam, because sometimes Gmail sends certain mails to spam although they’re not. But you’ll manage to adjust it as you like. It’s not too complicated.
