I had WinAntivirus installed on my system. I have run the scan and deleted some malicious files from my hard drive. I have uninstalled WinAntivirus after this and rebooted. Now, when I reboot I can not enter windows. There is an error saying that "Could not load target dll 'C:\Program files\backweb\backweb client..... error code 126". After this PC shuts down. What should I do?

Backweb is downloader bundled with some applications with a purpose to secretly download things, usually updates. It is not officially spyware but it is considered by some antivirus applications to be malicious software. Your antivirus obviously removed it and left entry about its former existence in registry. Boot in safe mode and run CCleaner to clean registry entries. After this backweb won't be shutting down your PC.
