| I’m not sure if this is possible but it seems to me that Bit Torrent ruins my internet connection every time I turn it on. In fact, even after I turn it off, my connection remains dead as a doornail – I can’t even load my ISP’s homepage. What do you people think about this? I have a cable internet connection BTW. Did I set something the wrong way? |

| First of all, I think that the latest Bit Torrent client generally has a lot of problems so if you’re using it I would suggest you switch to Bit Tornado v.3.1.0. Default Bit Torrent ports are throttled and also watched by ISPs. So, I would also suggest using ports that are beyond the norm. For example, use a range of 49152-49162 in both the Torrent client, and you can set the router as a virtual server redirecting those addresses to your PC. |
