I am buying many things over internet. This way of shopping almost substitute good old going to nearest shop way. But with all this stories about phishing, identity theft and viruses I have a big question on security. Can I be sure somehow that this will not happen to me? Thank you in advance for your time.

Unfortunately, you can not be sure. It is truth that various threats are waiting on internet but if you watch what are you doing and not opening strange emails with attachments, follow link from emails you did not ask for, threat IM clients the same way as e-mail in this situation and have up to date antivirus and antispyware software then you have a little to worry about. Most viruses and other threats rely on social engineering and curiosity of a victim.
