Hello! Currently I have only 256 MB DDR RAM. I want to upgrade it to 512 MB. But, some guys told me that I will need better power unit supply if I want more RAM. Well, I did not count on this extra expense. So, I want to here your opinion regarding this. Please, tell me is buying new power supply unit is really necessary? Thanks!

Hello! Of course, it is not necessary. RAM does not use a lot of power. I mean, it is good to have strong power supply unit (remember it protect all of your components), but for this it is not really relevant. I suggest you to upgrade RAM and stop worry about those rumors you heard. I am sure that everything will be ok.
