Hello. I have several home movies that I would like to edit a little bit. Nothing professional or fancy in mind. I just want to add few simple animations. Movies are recorded with digital camera and they are in MPEG format. I would really appreciate any advice you can give me regarding this question and to recommend me best way to do this.

Hi. Editing movies is not hard task any more. I can see you have necessary equipment and you only need some software for editing movies. You can try Movie Maker that comes with Windows XP operating system. If this program can not accomplish what you are planning then try some professional tools like Adobe Premiere.
