Best picture viewer?

Hello! i have a lot of pictures on my computer and I do not have any picture viewer. So, it is very hard to me to sort them and things like that. i hope that you will be able to recommend me some nice picture viewer which will allows me to create some small modifications (like rotation is). Thank you!

Hello! I suggest you to buy ACDC picture viewer. I can tell you that i use it for years and it is my favorite tool for this purpose (and I have tried dozen of them, believe me). In it you will be able to rotate pictures and make some small modifications. Also, you will be able to create albums.
