Best hard drive cleaning program - opinions?

I want to buy a new PC and thus Iâ€™m going to sell my current one. I will be selling my HD too and Iâ€™d like to clean it really well so that no one can recover my documents- itâ€™s not that I really have something to hide, but I donâ€™t think that some stranger should see any of the things I have on my machine now. Which program would you recommend as a really good HD cleaning application?

I think that Evidence Eliminator is the best application when it comes to cleaning your Hard Drive. Unfortunately it still doesnâ€™t use Gutmann wipe method but itâ€™s still great. There is also an application called simply â€œCleanerâ€ and Iâ€™ve heard that itâ€™s rather good but I havenâ€™t used it yet. Neither of these is free however, so if youâ€™re looking for some free programs, try a google search perhaps.
