Hey guys, I need some advice regarding P2P downloading programs: Which ones would you recommend? Just recently I got a broadband connection, so I'm not experienced at this stuff.. My friend recommended Kazaa Lite, and said it comes with no spyware at all, but I read online that it's not safe, so what then? Gnutella? Which networks, which apps? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

To tell you the truth, P2P downloading has been going out of vogue for quite a while now, and only the networks of closed operation still function at full capacity. If I were you, I would look into torrent clients instead. Try something easy and simple for starters, like uTorrent (it's pronounced either youTorrent, meTorrent, or microTorrent, whichever you prefer).
