What is the best configuration for video games? I want to use big screen resolutions and 30 fps. Is 2 GB of memory enough? What about a monitor? I definitely want a big one. Maybe plasma screen, but it must be a TFT. I will use joystick and wheel, and maybe something more. Sound Blaster Platinum is the best choice for sound. So dont give me advice about that. Thanks!

I see that you donr care about money. So why to buy just 2 GB? Buy 4 GB of memory with 677 Mhz speed, believe you can run anything with that. Be sure that a manufacturer is well known. Dont use anything from noname companies. Especially dont use PQI devices. I recommend you to build your PC form one company. Go to DELL site and see what theyre offering. Or go directly to the store. Choose a configuration that you like, and give it a try. Thats the simplest way, because you can see how your future computer is working. If you manage to try games there, then its even better.
