My Windows not work very well, so I will have to reinstall it. I have a lot data on my computer (120 GB hard drive) and I need to know what the best backup strategy is. Shall I use some service on internet or there are some other more practical ways? Is there any easy solution, because I am doing this very rarely and always lose some data?

Maybe the best solution is to make a Ghost. On one partition put Ghost, and on the others programs and other files. So, when you need reinstallation just run Ghost. If you dont like this, there are other ways. I dont suggest you to use internet services. I use external hard drive; you can do that, too. If you dont have it, buy some DVD medias and burn on them important files. I recommend you backup not only when you need reinstallation, but periodical (imagine that you caught some virus and lose all your data or most of them).
