BenQ ESG103 broadband route connection

I have bought BenQ ESG103 broadband router. I have connected two computers to this router but I can not access internet. I have entered configuration utility and it seems that BenQ ESG103 has not established connection with internet service provider. What should I do to connect this router to internet?

Hello. This is a strange problem. I think that you might have problems with your router that are beyond configuration settings. You should return router to reseller and take a working one. Router should automatically acquire IP address and DNS addresses. However, call you ISP first and ask them if they require some special settings.
