I've recently got a Belkin 54g ADSL modem-router gateway device, and used it to set up a small home network. After much ado about every damn little thing, I got it all to work properly, and thought I was done. However, it turns out that the router shuts down/resets a couple of times per day, for no apparent reason. It starts up again and re-establishes the connection OK, but it's still irritating. Any idea what might be causing this?

Overheating, maybe? Check the temperatures, if possible.

Otherwise, I'd try a firmware upgrade, that might set things straight.
