There's this notebook card that I'm trying to install, and I can't get Win XP to recognize it. I had it installed on the same machine earlier and it worked OK, now it just won't. I tried getting the drivers from it form the Belkin site, but they're corrupted or something, because they hang the installation. Some advice, please?

Are you sure you're using the right drivers? I mean, I know you got them from the official site, but they could be for the wrong version of your card, and Belkin is infamous for not distinguishing its hardware versions clearly (if at all) in its driver packs.

Maybe if you looked for the drivers at some other place, like driverguide.com?
