| Hello! My problem is with Battlefield Vietnam game. I have installed it but it can only enter into beginning of the game and then it suddenly stops freezes and I have to restart the whole computer. I can play it only in 800x640 resolution but also with that adjustment it can run only for 10 minutes or soI am using GeForce 5200, Athlon 1900+, NForce2 chipset and 256MBs of RAM memory. Now, my friend told me I should have at least 512 MBs of RAM and that that maybe wont be enough! Is this true? Please help! |

| Hi! Your friend was totally right. Battlefield is quite demanding game. Your chipset can carry on with the task, and your graphics (more-less) but what troubles here is the memory. You should find at least on same memory module and stick it into the motherboard. Since chipset of yours is using dual channel technology it is very advisable to have at least one more module. But, if you want to have performance then you should get at least twice 512 MB of RAM. Im pretty sure that will sort the problem. Thats for the hardware matter. If you are really eager to play that game, try switching all the options to the lowest level in video or graphics options. Maybe that can help you out. Anyways, the more RAM the more satisfaction |
