Hello! I have bought new hard drive and I plug it to my computer case. I have installed Windows 98SE operating system on it and this hard drive is set as master. But, when I try to boot system I am not able to do that because I get message saying that there are bad sectors on hard drive. Please, tell me what to do. Thank you very much!

Hello! Before you run scandisk, I would suggest you to check if you set new hard drive as master and old as slave. I mean, double check the jumpers. Also, see if you have enabled in BIOS booting system from new hard drive (because I assume that you have problem with your old hard drive). And run scandisk.
