I need to back up my email and my files badly. I haven’t changed my operative system for three or four years I think, and all my emails are in my Outlook Express inbox. I have heard that those mails can be back up easily but I do not really know how. Can anyone give me a hint please? Thanks in advance

Hey there! There is a question I would like to ask you first – do you really need all those emails? I mean, if you haven’t back up your mails for years, there are most definitely many of the mails that are redundant and outdated, and that you do not really need. I think that before you back them up, you will need to do some erasing work. And as for baking then up, I think there is an export emails options that you could use. You may also want to export your address book, so that you can use it with the new operative system. But, don’t forget to erase unnecessary emails first.
