Hello! I use Outlook 2003 e-mail client ad Windows XP operating system. I will reinstall my operating system and I want to backup my Outlook data. Well, I am not sure how to backup Outlook data. I suppose so that it is not complicate, but I have not any experience, so, I will need help. Thank you in advance!

Hello! This is not complicate, you are right about it. Click right to Outlook Today icon and choose Properties; after that, click Advanced button; you will see there column File name and there is shown where are Outlook data are stored (.pst files). Write down and go to designated folder. You can copy .pst files on some storage device, but before you start with coping them you need to close Outlook.
