Hello! I am facing very weird problem and I do not know what to do, because I am not familiar with this problem. When I press power button, I am not able to start my Windows XP operating system. I can hear that coolers normally work, hard drive works too, but on my screen nothing appears – everything is blank.

Hello! I am guessing that you have problem with BIOS chip. To be precisely, I think that it is dead. You will need to contact manufacturer of your motherboard and to tell them what happened to you. They will send you new (appropriate for your motherboard BIOS chip) and all you need to do is to replace your chip with new one and everything will work properly again.
