Hi there. I have very unpleasant situation at my work. I need to get things straight ASAP. I dont have internet connection for over two hours. I thaught it was temporal and it wont take long, but when two hours or even more passed since that happened, I have entered the room where the router is, and it is red. The power light stands red and red only. What I am supposed to do? I dont know how to interact with these things. Please help, this is very important to me. Thanks.

Hello. It seems that like you need to perform a restart of the router. Thats no big deal. Do the following. Turn off all the computers you have and after that, turn off the router too. Plug out all the cables from the wall, and wait for a while. Turn all the things on again after a while and see what is going to happen. This is normal situation if you ask me and it happens from time to time. Machines do need some rest, too.
