I have placed password on BIOS long time ago. I had to access BIOS yesterday to change some settings and, naturally, found out that I forgot password. Can you tell me if there is some way to delete this password? BIOS is made by Award if it means to you anything.

To remove Award BIOS (or from any other manufacturer) password you will have to reset BIOS to default factory settings. This can be done in two ways. You can take of jumper for clearing CMOS from motherboard and place it back (if such jumper exists on your motherboard – consult motherboard manual) or take out CMOS battery and wait several minutes before placing it back.
