Hello there folks. I understand what kind of risk overclocking involves, but ASUS claims that they are the best among all brands for this. And I have no doubts. I have pushed my 1.8 P4 baby to the limits. IT is working @ 2.7 and so far, not a single weakness, ….. except…. Sound. The onboard sound is missing. Like there is no adapter present, when I reach that far. I suppose that I must turn something on somewhere, right? Help.
Now that’s what I call OC. Bravo! 900 Mhz for that specimen is really great score. But, yes the sound is missing. Hmmm, very usual thing. ASUS is protecting the onboard devices as well. Unless you specify the PCI/AGP speed-value manually. Enable AGP/PCI lock first, and that’s 66/133. Than try again. You should be able to hear the sound afterwards.
