Anyone uses Registry Mechanic?

I am looking for some good program for system maintenance. You know, cleaning junk files, defragging registry, cleaning registry, hard drive defragging and similar jobs. I have heard that Registry Mechanic can do all these things and something even more. Does anyone uses Registry Mechanic and can share it experience with this program?

Hello. I was using Registry Mechanic for a long time and abandoned it after it destroyed Windows registry. I know this is not solely Registry Mechanic mistake but possibility with all registry cleaners so I am trying to avoid those programs all together. Otherwise, Registry Mechanic is great software (maybe the best in its class) and you can use it if you know what you are doing.
