Anyone know of free auto shutdown app?

I like listen specific music when I go to sleep. But when I got sleep there are no possibility that someone can turn my computer off. Some time ago I have heard about some program which is used for shut the computer down. It seems that it shuts application and computer off. Do you know some free auto shout down application?

I know. There is application called Auto Shutdown 3.65. It is made for windows operating systems. It is very simple for use. This application has timer, so when you go to sleep, just set parameters for shutting your computer down (would you like to turn it off for 30 minutes or 1 2 hour) and it will turn it off (of course, first will shut all running programs on computer, and then computer).
