Antivirus with integrated firewall

Hello! I would like to know something. I have PC Pentium 4 computer. That is Intel Pentium 4 machine. I am using Windows XP SP2 OS. Is it possible to get some Antivirus with integrated firewall? I am interesting to know that. I am really need good protection. Thanks for your opinion or advice!
