Hello! I have some malicious software on my Windows XP operating system, but I can tell you for sure that my antivirus not working for me. I do not know what the problem is with it. I mean it should be able to remove this Trojan horse. Have you any suggestion for me? I am thanking you in advance!

Hello! I have to tell you that some antiviruses will not remove Trojan horses. So, you will need to install some anti-Trojan software. When you do that, you should reboot your system and access safe Mode and there, in Task Manager, kill all non Windows processes and start with scanning your system.
