| Hello! I have Avira AntiVir Personal Edition Clasic antivirus software and I am facing some problems with it. Namely, it worked perfectly until few days ago, when it caught some viruses. I got message that these viruses cannot be deleted nor removed. Also, I can see that icon is deactivated. Please, tell me what to do. |

| Hello! First of all you will need to activate your antivirus software: right click on it and then select activate. After that you will need to update this software, because the reason why it cannot delete or remove those viruses is that it is not updated. When you do that, your problems will be solved. |
