Hi. What is AntiLamer? What kind of virus? I found some references in my antivirus program, and do not know what exactly this is. I made antivirus search and this cleaned a computer but have a prompt for this AntiLamer. And I think it is acting strange. I am not sure if this is something that couldn’t be cleaned. I need some more information about this. Is this something dangerous?

Yes it is. AntiLamer is a Trojan virus that is very dangerous as I found. What this can do is to disable your antivirus program, so if you can not use it, you do know what it is. After this virus disable antivirus, it tries to connect to some hacker’s site and can give him or her control over your computer. This means that someone can break in to your PC and perform destructive actions, steal any data, passwords or whatever, upload some else viruses etc. So this is not to be taken easy. You can find something more and removal instructions at www.2-spyware.com. They have a link: remove AntiLamer Trojan. XoftSpySE removes this pest as they say, but this is not a freeware tool.
