Hello! I have bought Panda antivirus software and I have installed it on my two computers. But, since I have installed it, I could not update it. There is always some error reported, so, my computers now are running, practically, without antivirus. Thanks God for ZA firewall on them! Without ZA, I can bet that I would be full of infections. What to do?

Hello! The reason why your Panda does not work (I mean why it is not able to update its base) is your Zone Alarm. Panda firewall is not friendly to others firewalls, including Zone Alarm, too. So, you will need to disable Zone Alarm and your antivirus will be able to update its viruss base.
