Hello! My McAfee reports all the time that LFC6.lzl file is infected. So, every time I try to compile Laszlo I get that information from McAfee. I do not think that this file is infected and I do not know what I can do to stop McAfee to reports this. If you have any idea regarding this problem I kindly ask you to help me. Thank you!

Hello! This is another McAfee issue, nothing more. I think that guys from Laszlo and McAfee must working together solve this issue, but so far there is no communication between them as far as I know. Regarding your problem, I can tell you that only thing you can do is to turn off McAfee until you finish compiling.
