Hello! I have Mustek scanner and I am running Windows XP SP2 operating system. I have some annoying scanner problems and I hope that you will know what is going on, because it seems that no one knows. When I scan something, scanned document is very low quality and sometimes I am not able to scan whole document (half is ok and half is completely black). Help!

Hello! It is hard to say what causes this problem. I will try to give you few hints. Check if there is newest driver for your scanner. On your place, I would remove first installed one and download the newest one and install it. If this does not help, then you will need to take your scanner to repair shop. I am sure that there you will get correct information about what is going on.
