Annoying pop up during boot up-remove it-how?

Hello! Like boot is not annoying thing by itself, specially when it happens unannounced, uff. And now I have extra feature, bonus add - a pop up!!! I want that thing to go awaaaay!! I said once will say it again; this PC thing was never for my itzy bitzy nerves! Sad

I think every time with computers same o give or take game, lol. Sometimes banning or misplacing things sometimes giving you extra annoying fun â€“ almost like you are stuck in marriage. What pop up are you getting? Canâ€™t say anything without knowing if it's something missing or corrupted? And possibility of virus attack always - an option, unfortunately. Sad
