I have one problem. I have just bought new 5.1 sound system. I connected it properly. But my Altec Lansing 5.1 Speakers not working. I don’t know what to do? I don’t know if something is wrong with my speakers, or something is wrong with computer connection. I need any advice that I can get. Thank you in advance.

I really don’t understand why you have that problem with you r speakers. Connection your speakers with computer should be something basic and simple. Maybe you have to install some drivers. But that drivers should help you to make sound better. But they should work no matter to them. Do you have sound card integrated ? I had problem, because I bought sounds card, because my main board didn’t have integrated 5.1 channel. But I didn’t know that I have to unable my sound card that is integrated on the MB. And because of that my speakers was not able to work. Maybe you have the same problem.
