The thing is, I cant' access it at all. I get 404-ed each time, and I've tried multiple browsers. It's not a critical issue, I just need to verify some info, but still … Are they down from where you guys are standing? If they're updating the site or something, wouldn't they have put a screen page?

Nope, I can access it no problem (if it's the same site we're both talking about here? adventnetworks.com/customer/index.htm).Don't know if there's something wrong with your firewalls or what, but maybe you (or someone else) had the site blocked in the browser for some reason? Check out your "blacklist" files, if you have any.
