| I have recently been trying to install Adobe Premiere Pro on my computer. However, it seems I cannot do it. I have had a tryout version installed before, but now when I want to put full version, I cannot. If anyone could give me any advice on this problem that would be great. Thanks in advance. |

| I have had the same problem. I was having tryout version and I could not install a full version. The only way to do that is to delete your tryout version, as Adobes programs tend to make troubles when being installed over some other versions of the same program. If you cannot locate it anymore, that means you have already deleted your tryout version, but that Windows, and thus Adobe still recognizes there are some traces of it still left over. In that case, install the tryout version again, and then delete it. Do not do it by accessing the folder from your Windows Explorer, but removing it from add/remove programs in your control panel. That is the only way to get rid of it completely and make the installation of Premiere Pro possible. Best of luck. |
