My Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 is acting strange. I didnt have any problems viewing the documents last week and suddenly this week I get just gray screen when I try to load something. I tried to reinstall and install the program again but didnt help because I get this message:
"This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package."
Im confused and I dont know what else to do. Any suggestions?

Do you have a previous version of Acrobat Reader installed? If you did maybe you didnt properly uninstalled them. Or maybe you even didnt uninstall them at all!! I got this problem before when trying to install version 7.0 over my old 5.0 version.
To do uninstallation properly you may have to use Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. Download it from a Microsoft site and install it. After installation is finish open the utility and find adobe acrobat reader in the list. You will probably have a few versions installed and this was causing a problem. Try to remove them all and then reinstall again the Acrobat Reader. Then check for updates on the net and install newest version.
Just remember to always keep just one copy of a program.
