Hello! I have got some .pdf files as attachment in my e-mail message, but I a not able to open them with my Adobe Acrobat Reader. I have been frightened that my Adobe Acrobat Reader is broken, but when I tried to open existing .pdf files I could. Please, tell me what is going on here?

Hello! I think that you have received newer version of .pdf file. What I mean is that someone who sent you this .pdf file, made it in newer Adobe Acrobat tool then one which you have. So, you will need to upgrade your Adobe Acrobat reader or ask that person to send you appropriate .pdf file for older version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
