Hello! I am using Microsoft Outlook 2002 and I have addressing problem. When I go to Outlook Address Book I cannot modify it because Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book is grayed. I do not know what has happened here and how to solve. Can you help me with this? Thank you!

Hello! This is usual problem in Microsoft Outlook 2002 when you have not added Address Book to your profile; or you have added it but you did not restart Outlook; or your profile is damaged. Anyway, you will need to remove Address book and install it again. This should solve your problem.
