I want to connect my laptop to my TV. I have heard that it is only possible if I have S-Video. So I am thinking about Adding S-Video to laptop. How can I do that? Is that expensive thing to buy. Will I be able to connect it to TV myself. IS the picture nice on the TV like on computer? Please give me your suggestion and advices.

According to the info that you gave us, I suppose that you are not very big expert in computers. I understand that you want to connect your laptop to TV. That way you can watch movies, and other media on your TV instead on your laptop. But you must understand couple things. First of all you cannot add only S-Video to your laptop. You must have card that has that S-Video out. At least I think so. It is not expensive to buy that cable. The most graphic cards have S-video out, so there is big possibility that you already have it. But it Is only my opinion.
