| Hello! i have some problems with my Lavasoft Ad-Aware. namely, i get message that my definitions is out of data and when i try to download new updates i get message that there is no available updates. I am afraid that my computer is under the risk and that is something is wrong with this Lavasoft product. Please, tell me what to do. |

| Hello! you can try to delete defs.ref files in Ad-Aware folder. If that does not help, then open with Notepad host file and if you see something like download.lavasoft.de or similar, delete that lines, because it could happened that some spyware change it. You can also try to download zipped update and unzip it and install it. If nothing of mentioned methods does not help, then you should contact tech support. |
