Hello. I have installed Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack 2 and antivirus and firewall software. But, I know that I need antispyware too. So, I do not know which one I should install: AdAware or SpyBot? Or both? I hope you will give me appropriate advice. Thank you in advance.

Hello. I am using SpyBot Search and Destroy. I am very pleased with this antispyware software. But, on the other hand I can tell you that Lava Soft Ad Aware antispyware software is great program too (I have used it for two years). Only I can tell you is that you should not install both programs on your system.
